Meaningful Learning among Under Graduate Student-Teachers

Learning occupies a very important place in our life. provides key to the structure of personality and behaviour. It occurs through listening, reading, observation experiences.Meaningful learning involves continuous construction new knowledge interpretations with previous knowledge. In teacher education programme student-teachers apply various methods techniques learn meaningful. There for aim study is find out meaningful leaning among undergraduate student-teachers. The investigator applied survey method collect size sample 100 second year from Pondicherry district,among them, 25 were male 75 female data have been collected administration tool-A Scale on Measuring Meaningful Learners. analyzed statistical techniques. descriptive analysis shows that there high differential no significant difference between as well urban rural their learning. ANOVA results also respect qualifications native languages. This pilot revealed are identical they same behavior.
